The W Training Facility offers a variety of classes available for men, women, and youth. These classes are great for those looking to improve overall strength, conditioning, flexibility, coordination and mobility.

Women's
Group Training


These classes are great for every fitness and health inspired woman. Do you want to improve your overall strength, conditioning, coordination, and flexibility? Work with our W Training Facility coaches, who will help each individual lose weight, gain muscle, and tone their overall physique. Each class is high intensity, involving interval training using free weights, resistance bands, battle ropes, medicine balls, cable machines, and cardio equipment.

The semi-private group classes are great for those looking to train with others while getting personal attention from the trainer. Each class has a maximum of five people per class. The semi-private class is hi-intensity and great for those in endurance related sports. The trainer will help each individual with strength development, muscular endurance, flexibility, and hand-eye coordination.*
