- John Louch
Johnny Louch was born in South Africa and grew up racing BMX and Motocross. After moving to the USA, Johnny became a Certified Personal Trainer in 1997. He started his training career at World Gym and LA Fitness, but not long after Johnny became the owner of LA LifeStyle, a division of LA Fitness in Encinitas. In 2000, Johnny started to focus more on training high performance extreme sports athletes, and has been a huge success which led him to his lifelong dream of owning his own training facility.
Focus: Personal training, high performance extreme sports.
Certifications: Personal training specialist, strength and conditioning specialist.
- Ben Clark
Ben Clark raced BMX bicycles professionally for a few years until injuries sidelined his professional career. After racing, he refocused his attention on other athletes and helping them succeed in various sports. Ben has over five years of training experience with various athletes and clientele, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in sports medicine from California Baptist University. He is now the manager and head trainer at The W Training Facility.
Focus: Sport performance with an emphasis in biomechanics, periodization, injury prevention, and overall strength & conditioning.
Certifications: American Heart Association CPR, AID, and first aid. International Sports Science Association personal trainer, strength & conditioning specialist, and exercise therapy specialist.
- Alfred Morin
Alfred Morin has been involved in coaching, mentoring and training kids for 17 years and counting. He has been involved in multiple organizations such as Marine Corps Football League, Temecula Valley Pop Warner, and Friday Night Lights, Air it out, Temecula Valley Youth Basketball League and Chaparral High School Varsity Football. He is currently the Lead Trainer for The W Training Facility Youth Speed and Agility, ages 5-12. Alfred specializes in skilled positions such as running backs, linebackers and defensive backs. "It is my passion to help athletes reach their full potential in all aspects of sports and in life by developing their character and mentality."
Focus: Football training, speed and agility, and youth training.
Certifications: First aid, CPR, AED, Heads Up High School certified level 1, level 1 tackle Certification, Level 1 flag certification, Trauma Lifesaver Course.
