About
The W Training Facility’s renowned athletic school program has the combination of the best school teachers, athletic trainers and staff that had skyrocketed us to being the most prestigious athletic school program in Southern California.
Athletic Training
Our student athlete workout programs are properly balanced between speed, agility and weight training with some of the most pristine and well know coaches throughout the country. With their expertise we focus on the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete providing them with a proper platform to become an exceptional athlete.
Education
Our motto “Education is the most important tool you can receive” is what we stand by. Providing a platform for all of our athletic students a controlled setting to do their charter school work. Having an on-site fully college credited teacher to aid all the student athletes with their school work as needed.
Nutrition
Nutrition is about eating healthy and a having balanced diet. Food and drink provide the energy and nutrients athletes need to be healthy and train at maximum performance as well as recover. Understanding nutrition makes it easier for you to make better choices for your body, which is a big part of our program here at The W Training Facility.
Field Trips
For the upcoming school year we have three field trips planned to visit local colleges in Southern California. We will be touring each campus viewing the library, academic building, student center, dining room, dorm rooms and athletic centers.
